Project Information:   Panorama Towers is comprised of four separate towers – Tower I, Tower II, Panorama North and Panorama South. The project broke ground in the fall of 2004 and residents have already begun to enjoy the HIGHLIFE!    

Tower Information:                        

Tower I is 33 stories high and has 320 units, including lofts and townhomes.  All of the units in this tower have been sold, but resale units are available. 

Tower II is also 33 stories high and has 326 units, including lofts and townhomes. This tower is also sold out and there are resale units available.

Panorama North will be 42 stories high, with 378 units, ranging from 978 to 1899 square feet. This does not include the penthouses, which can be customized. This tower is 90 percent sold.

Plans for Panorama South are still being developed, but the tower will have an estimated 395 units

Developer:    Las Vegas resident Laurence Hallier is the developer of one of the most successful high-rise condominium projects in Las Vegas.
